Refund and Returns Policy

Here at AquaLiz, your satisfaction is our number one priority and strive to make every shopping experience seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy elapses 14 days post-delivery. Regrettably, we cannot process a complete refund or exchange after this timeframe.

Shipping Fee Policy – Per Item

Please note that our shipping fees are charged per item, not per order. This means that each item in your order will have its own shipping fee, even if you are buying multiples of the same product.

Why is it per item?

Each item requires individual packaging and handling to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. That is why we charge a shipping fee for every item purchased.

Example to make it easy:

Let us say you are buying 2 mugs.
If the shipping fee for one mug is R50, then the total shipping fee for two mugs will be:

R50 (first mug) + R50 (second mug) = R100 total shipping

Even though the mugs are the same, the shipping cost is applied to each one separately

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Please do not send your return to the product manufacturer. All returns must be coordinated through AquaLiz directly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Bottled Water
  • Sachet Water
  • Used Water Filters
Returnable Items
  • Everything Under “Accessories” Category
  • Water Containers, This Is Our 10 L, 20 L, And 25 L
  • Water Dispensers/Coolers
Free Returns Over R5000
  • We offer free return shipping on items with a total purchase value of R5000 or more within Gauteng. For returns below R5000, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 1-7 working days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing may take a few days).
  3. Then, contact your bank.

Sale / Discounted Items

Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at [info@aqualizwater.co.za], and send your item to: [AquaLiz, No.116 Athol St, Highlands North Johannesburg, South Africa].

 

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to: [AquaLiz. No.116 Athol St, Highlands North Johannesburg, South Africa].

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product value is above R5000 within Gauteng.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

Delivery Time

All online orders are delivered within 2–7 working days from date of payment, depending on your location and product availability.
